At Himved Herbals, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with our Ayurvedic products. However, due to the nature of health and wellness products, we maintain the following return and refund policy to ensure safety and quality for all customers.
✅ Returns (Only for Damaged / Defective / Wrong Products)
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
- You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo or video proof.
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

🚫 Non-Returnable Products
We do not accept returns for:
- Opened or used products
- Health & wellness products due to hygiene concerns
- Products returned without original packaging
- Products returned without prior approval
💸 Refunds
- Once your return is approved, we will initiate the refund within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be processed via the original payment method.
- In some cases, we may offer store credit or replacement instead of a monetary refund.
🚚 Shipping Costs
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product was delivered in a damaged or incorrect condition.
- If you’re returning the product, you may be responsible for return shipping unless it’s our error.
🔁 Replacements
If you’ve received a wrong, expired, or damaged product, we will send a replacement free of charge after verifying the issue.

Himved Herbals reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds if the product has been used, damaged by the customer, or returned without valid reason.
